Merlot Wine Infused Sea Salt
This salt has a robust & fruity flavor. It pairs well with any meal that could be served with Merlot (Red) wine. It’s great on meat, seafood, sauces, in gravies, even on your vegetables. It is such a beautiful color which makes it a perfect Finishing Salts. Sprinkle it over a Caprice salad to add extra flavor & texture. It can also be used to sprinkle on dark chocolate.

Moshio Artisanal Seaweed Salt.
Fine grain
Mo… meaning seaweed & Shio…meaning salt….This beautiful salt is made by using dried seaweed that is then boiled down until it crystallizes. it is a beautiful beige color and abundant in minerals such as iodine, calcium, potassium and magnesium. Like any salt that comes from the sea it is wonderful and enhancing your foods flavor. It has a mild taste and works well as a cooking or finishing salt.

Lemon Citrus Infused Sea Salt Flakes is a beautiful Sea Salt that makes a delicious addition to salads, fish, chicken or even to rim a Margarita or Mohito. Anything that you would add lemon or lemon zest to will work well with this salt. Even the color makes it beautiful for garnishing a plate or a sprinkle on some Lemon Cheesecake for that sweet and salty combination we all love.

Black Truffle Infused Sea Salt. This versatile salt has an earthy, robust flavor. Truffles are mushrooms that grow underground in France. They are hand picked & then blanched with salt for many hours before being washed & then ground up into a type of powder. They are delicious on pasta, steak, French fries, in soups & so much more. (Some people that are allergic to peanuts may be allergic to truffle salt)

Hibiscus Infused Sea Salt besides for being the most beautiful shade of dark pink is a wonderful gourmet cooking & finishing Salt. It is delicious on meats & fish. This salt has a fruity, floral, almost tropical flavor. Sprinkle it on a salad to add color and enhance the taste or use it to rim a glass for a cocktail.
